Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager who oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial and client satisfaction objectives. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest/patient experiences and managing account performance across operations, staffing, and service delivery.

Experience in hospitality services and a strong ability to influence metrics, forecast outcomes, and coordinate with teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive business metrics to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance.
• Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account.
• Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
• Keeps forecasts, payroll and accounting reports accurate and on time.
