Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Jacksonville seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of an assigned client contract area, provide field support, training, and inspections, and build long-term client relationships.

You will negotiate contracts, procure supplies, coordinate site visits, manage contractors and staff, and ensure high client satisfaction through quality control and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or equivalent.
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree desirable.
• Highly detail oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Positive, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage service strategy tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services.
• Coordinate contractor relationships including selection, pricing and compliance.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality control inspections and follow-through.
