Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring an Associate Account Manager to serve as the front-line for solving client challenges, focusing on mid-size clients (50–999 employees).

You will help with issue resolution, training users on ADP technology, and delivering outcomes with a customer-first mindset. You will thrive in a metrics-driven call center, building rapport and maintaining professional communication over phone and email.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.
• College degree not required; other experiences welcome (military, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by identifying solutions and positive outcomes.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, aiming to exceed expectations and uphold Integrity.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services and translate input into practical recommendations for leaders.
• Organize a high-volume inbound-call workflow with a structured daily schedule.
