ADP, Inc. is seeking an Associate Client Support Consultant to act as the front-line for solving clients' payroll and ADP system questions.

You will train users, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction in a fast-paced call center. The role emphasizes building rapport, clear communication, and professional service while handling a wide variety of inquiries from small businesses and organizations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience also counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline client support for ADP clients, including issue resolution and answer questions.
• Train clients on ADP technology and help users adapt to the system.
• Organize daily activities to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a metrics-driven environment.
