ADP, Inc. is seeking an Associate Client Support Consultant for Spring 2026 graduates to join our client services team in a high-volume, metrics-driven call center environment.

You will be the frontline for resolving payroll issues, training users on ADP technology, and ensuring client satisfaction for small businesses with 1–49 employees. You’ll learn continuously through ADP’s renowned training, while building rapport with clients over the phone and in writing.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage their business using our solutions and troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Learn: continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, procedures, products, and desktop support tools.
