CharterUP, LLC is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue in a remote-first environment with a tech hub in Austin, TX. You will handle hundreds of customer interactions weekly, build a personal book of business, and convert inquiries into bookings with speed and accuracy.

You’ll own both new client acquisition and expansion of recurring accounts, balancing inbound demand and targeted outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with a track record of beating targets.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, driving retention and expansion.
• Skilled in navigating large organizations and closing deals with urgency and precision.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics including revenue targets and account growth across a high-volume portfolio.
• Manage inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation and expansion for repeat and new business.
• Quote accurately using proprietary tech, maintain CRM records, and escalate only when needed.
• Close new customers and expand recurring ones, building trusted relationships with key accounts.
• Operate with data-driven discipline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective post‑sale engagement.
