Job summary

OVME Bethesda is seeking a Studio Coordinator to deliver exceptional client service as the first point of contact. You will manage appointments, maintain a welcoming front desk, and coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor to uphold OVME’s standards while supporting patient care and studio productivity. Availability Monday–Saturday is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.
• Must be available Monday-Saturday 2-3 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and first-contact support.
• Welcome clients and manage onboarding process with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system for studio resources.
• Process client payments and provide receipts while verifying information as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area for a positive experience.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with marketing materials and gathering client testimonials.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
