Job summary

OVME is seeking a Studio Coordinator (Part-Time) in Fairfax, VA to be the first point of contact for clients. You will handle front desk operations, scheduling, payments, and client records while maintaining privacy and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Zenoti CRM is a plus, and bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.
• Experience delivering exceptional client service in a studio/spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and greet clients professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Maintain front desk, payments, and records with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
• Support marketing efforts and promotional materials.
