Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager for our Commercial team in the Rolling Meadows, IL area. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring value in every interaction.

You’ll lead renewals, mentor team members, and ensure compliance while growing your career within a collaborative, integrity-driven culture at Gallagher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or 8+ years with high school/GED.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams at Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and tailoring solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships with timely responses.
• Support client risk management through consultative conversations and strategies.
• Mentor team members with delegated tasks and constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage Gallagher’s technology to boost productivity and quality.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
