Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and adding value on every interaction.

You will manage renewals, identify coverage gaps, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance while maintaining accurate client data using Gallagher’s systems. A P&C license and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in client service or claims management.
• OR High School/GED with 8+ years in client service and/or claims management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong relationship-building and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business and drive cross-sell.
• Build relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and service.
• Consult with clients on risk management needs with personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members, delegate tasks, give feedback and foster growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
• Use Gallagher's technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure all tasks meet client expectations.
