Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join the Commercial team in Pittsburgh. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, strengthening relationships and driving value across client interactions.

In this role, you will manage renewals, mentor teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with carrier partners to deliver comprehensive risk management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management.
• Or High School/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely responses.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high service standards.
