Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• 3+ years in client service and/or claims management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify coverage gaps, review claims, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Mentor team members through delegation, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher systems.
