H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming first impression for clients. This in-person role handles scheduling, check-in, and supports daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

Training provided; opportunity to grow into tax preparation or office leadership. Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season is required, with a focus on client-centric service.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
