H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming first impression for clients. This in-person role handles scheduling, check-ins, and daily office tasks, supporting tax professionals as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in fast-paced client service. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is preferred.

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
