Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer calls, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

In this role you’ll support a busy office environment, maintain organization of resources, and perform additional tasks as needed. This is a franchise office position with flexible locations and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
