This role requires multitasking, strong organization, and comfort with MS Office. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
