Job summary

The Freeman Company in Orlando, FL is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager to develop and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts, coordinating Audio Visual projects to meet client vision. You will quote prices, process orders, and solicit new and repeat business while delivering excellent customer service to all clients.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year experience in project coordination, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or Workfront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience acceptable.
• 1+ year experience coordinating projects, on-site event experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Workfront is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support selling to existing and new customers and grow client relationships.
• Coordinate Audio Visual projects and present proposals to potential clients.
• Quote prices, process orders, and collect payment information.
• Assist with re-signing existing business and cross-sell Freeman services.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with project managers and site teams.
