Job summary

The Freeman Company is hiring an Associate Client Relationship Manager to grow and manage client relationships, assist with AV project execution, and drive new and repeat business. You will coordinate proposals, quotes, and orders, while staying current on industry technology and Freeman products.

You will operate in a hybrid role with in-office and show-site work 2–3 days per week, based out of Orlando, FL, or other Freeman locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted.
• 1+ year experience managing and coordinating projects, on-site event experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support volume sales and grow client relationships.
• Assist in developing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
• Quote prices and terms in compliance with Freeman policies.
• Process orders and billing; collect payments as required.
• Record activities in CRM (Salesforce) and manage project data in Workfront/Box.
• Assist with planning timelines with customers and CRM.
• Provide strong customer service and outbound sales follow-up.
