Job summary

The Freeman Company, a global leader in events, is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager. This role supports client relationships, coordinates Audio Visual projects, and drives upsell opportunities.

Hybrid schedule with in-office and show site work 2–3 days per week; based in Austin, Chicago, Las Vegas or remote support regions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of project coordination, with Salesforce/Workfront and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year coordinating projects.
• Experience with Salesforce or Workfront is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing client relationships and soliciting new business.
• Coordinate audio-visual projects and ensure client vision is executed.
• Enter orders, manage billing, and support proposals and upsell activities.
