Job summary

Gallagher, including The Boon Group now part of Gallagher, seeks an Implementation Coordinator to lead onboarding of new clients and benefit programs. You will manage timelines, document processes, and serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams.

With 2+ years in customer service or project management, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, communicate clearly, and ensure a seamless transition from sale to ongoing administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or project management experience where you have had to advise clients, implement and onboard complex customers, and run multiple projects at once.
• Excellent customer service skills with both external customers and internal partners.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels within an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between new customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process from beginning to end.
• Prepare onboarding client documentation, including administrative summaries, client folders, and scheduling/training sessions.
• Provide continuous communication with the account contact(s), resolving questions or concerns timely and professionally.
• Inform the customer of onboarding progress via email, calls, and meetings, noting delays when they arise.
• Partner with internal departments to troubleshoot onboarding obstacles and escalate when necessary.
• Track status of all new accounts to ensure timelines and onboarding are completed on schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
