Job summary

Progyny in New York is seeking a Senior Client Onboarding Manager to lead complex benefit implementations for large accounts, guiding internal teams and external stakeholders through the onboarding journey.

You will own end-to-end projects, align business and client requirements, ensure timely delivery, and drive seamless integrations, including claims processing, with real-time reporting and a focus on high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare/benefit environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's or PMP is a plus.
• Experience managing large, strategic client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of new client implementations and strategic projects.
• Oversee onboarding projects from initiation through completion with cross-functional partners.
• Manage on-cycle and off-cycle implementations meeting timelines and client expectations.
• Drive implementations with minimal guidance from the manager.
• Identify gaps and optimize processes to support client implementations.
• Communicate organizational processes internally and externally.
• Manage integrations with client-specific carriers and vendors.
• Include successful claims processing integration.
• Maintain real-time reporting on active implementation activities and risks.
• Partner with Associate Onboarding Managers within the department.
• Train, coach and mentor team members on the onboarding process.
