Purchasing Power is hiring an Associate Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of new clients and collaborate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams. You will lead end-to-end projects, ensuring accurate configurations and timely delivery of each onboarding milestone.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating client onboarding or implementation projects.
• Strong project coordination with timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding timeline for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing administration.
• Communicate milestones, requirements, deadlines, and updates to clients, brokers, TPAs, and internal partners.
• Coordinate setup of new clients using standardized processes, layouts, and secure data transfers.
• Partner with fulfillment teams and Account Executives to implement low‑complexity platform changes for in‑force clients.
• Document and translate business and technical requirements for onboarding and administration.
• Maintain organized implementation documentation and accurate client configurations.
