Job summary

Gallagher in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to help client accounts with clear communication, strong planning, and day‑to‑day project delivery. You’ll lead onboarding projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and internal teams to keep work moving, address blockers, and ensure every project meets the brief.

You should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project management experience, plus excellent writing, organization, and communication

• Proven project management experience.
• Highly organized and able to handle several tasks at once.
• Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business tools.
• Strong writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable with both technical details and client needs.
• Clear communication and trust-building abilities.
• Enjoy finding workable solutions.
• CPD is a plus; building skills is valued.

Overview

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Project Manager to support client accounts with clear communication, strong planning, and day‑to‑day project delivery. You’ll manage onboarding projects from start to finish. You’ll work with clients and internal teams to keep work moving, solve issues early, and make sure every project meets the agreed brief. You’ll also support technical implementation and help turn plans into action.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
