is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to guide client accounts from kickoff to completion, ensuring the brief is met, milestones are hit, and stakeholders are aligned across functions. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, apply strong writing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business tools.
• Clear communicator who builds trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding projects and keep them on track.
• Manage timelines, budgets, tasks, and project updates.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to remove blockers.
• Provide practical advice and solve problems quickly.
• Review briefs and final work for accuracy.
• Support production coordination and proofreading when needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all project work.
• Apply technical implementation skills to project delivery.
• Deliver a positive client experience across accounts.
