Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Intake Liaison to manage the firm’s new-work intake for clients and matters. You will gather necessary information from attorneys and clients, verify data accuracy, and ensure clean uploads into firm systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration across conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing teams. The position is open to remote work or placement at any firm location.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and data review ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake data for new matters, interviewing attorneys or reviewing forms.
• Verify information before uploading to firm systems and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain accurate business records and provide excellent client service.
• Identify and resolve data issues to minimize downstream impact.
• Track outstanding items and coordinate with conflicts, docketing, and billing teams.
• Support onboarding and accommodate accommodations as needed.
