The role emphasizes excellent client service, data integrity, and coordination across conflicts, information governance, docketing and billing teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in legal or professional services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with data across multiple firm systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for new work, gathering required information.
• Review and verify data before uploading into firm systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration during intake.
• Maintain accurate business records in the CRM/database.
• Provide excellent client service and timely resolutions.
• Track outstanding items and follow up until resolved.
• Understand conflicts, information governance, docketing and billing needs.
