Responsibilities

• Own the attorney requests for business to be opened in firm systems.
• Ensure data accuracy before updating firm systems.
• Resolve data issues and minimize CRM impact.
• Manage the business intake process and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate business records in the firm’s database.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients.
• Liaise with conflicts, information governance, docketing, billing and other areas to improve intake experience.
