Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accurate policy handling and appropriate distribution of policies and endorsements.
• Coordinate gathering and preparation of submission information for the marketing process, ensuring alignment with client needs and agency capabilities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, bind coverage in line with agency guidelines, and ensure accuracy in policy documentation.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including loss runs and finalizing proposal summaries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for identified clients, responding promptly to requests and overseeing the preparation of necessary documents.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ business risk programs, identifying exposures and providing strategic recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewal reviews and endorsements.
