Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager in Business Insurance to manage a diverse client book, coordinate marketing, and bind coverage. The role emphasizes risk management and strong client service across a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in customer service or underwriting in commercial lines, familiarity with binding authorities, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting in commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of policies and requests.
• Gather and prepare submission information for the marketing process, including applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including packet prep and loss-run collection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for identified clients and coordinate document preparation.
• Assess clients' business risk programs and provide recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewals and endorsements to policyholders.
