Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager for Business Insurance. You will manage a diverse book of business, coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, and bind coverage while delivering strong client service and risk management guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to negotiate quotations and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of policies, endorsements, and client requests.
• Coordinate gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing, including applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, bind coverage, and ensure accuracy in policy documentation.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including pre-renewal packets and loss runs.
• Act as primary client contact, responding promptly to requests and coordinating necessary documents.
• Assess clients’ risk programs and provide strategic recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk-management advice during renewal reviews and endorsements.
