Job summary

Marsh (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager – Business Insurance to manage client accounts, coordinate marketing, and bind coverage while maintaining accurate policy documentation. This role supports administrative tasks and collaborates with the team to drive agency goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in commercial lines insurance, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of policies and requests.
• Coordinate gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing, including applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage per agency guidelines with accurate policy documentation.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including pre-renewal info packets and loss runs.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients, responding promptly and preparing necessary documents.
• Assess clients' risk programs, identify exposures, and provide strategic coverage recommendations.
