Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and 1+ years in customer service, along with strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Prior insurance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client service team in billing and processing of new and renewal clients.
