Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Executive for Business Insurance to serve an existing book, market and place new and renewal business, and provide outstanding service to clients, carriers and peers. The role partners with the producer and service team to lead client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial insurance, a P&C license, and strong communication. MMA offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial insurance industry, markets, and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience servicing and placing commercial lines business, renewals and client relationships.
• Strong communication with clients, carriers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage a growing book of business and negotiate with underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Service an existing book of business and place new/renewal business.
• Lead with producer and service team to provide leadership and support.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, carriers and peers.
• Negotiate quotes with underwriters and evaluate client needs.
