Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Representative for the Business Insurance team. The role focuses on providing timely administrative support for new and renewal business, as well as handling client service needs for large, complex accounts.

The position requires in-person collaboration with service teams, Producers, and Clients, with hybrid flexibility offered as needed. A high level of professionalism, collaboration, and client focus will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree.
• Experience in underwriting, rating and billing or prior insurance experience at an agency or related company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely administrative support for new business, renewal business and client service needs on large accounts, coordinating with Producers, Unit Managers and Client Executives.
• Prepare submissions and proposals, bind coverage, and check/correct policies, while ensuring client requests are answered promptly.
• Support service teams and track tasks to contribute to high-quality client service and satisfaction.
