Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting within commercial lines.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accuracy.
• Coordinate submission information for the marketing process.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and respond to requests.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assess clients' risk programs and advise on coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewals.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams on client activities.
