Qualifications

• Proven leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical foundation in web tech, SQL and scripting.
• Experience advising clients on platform features and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor multiple direct reports, ensuring quality and efficiency of output.
• Set team standards for client support, technical excellence, and cross-functional service.
• Act as the technical SME and client liaison, guiding execution and delivery of initiatives.
• Identify and lead enhancement opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Integrate marketers into the Epsilon system by designing, developing, and testing technical solutions; maintain client-specific codebases for campaigns.
• Direct the team in developing strategic solutions for client marketing needs.
• Advise account teams and clients on platform features and campaign setup options.
• Provide timely updates to senior leadership.
• Build product knowledge to communicate revenue impact of configuration options.
