Epsilon seeks a Team Lead to own strategic delivery and lead a high-performing team across onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term optimization. You will mentor Client Integrations Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with client goals and Epsilon platform capabilities.

The role requires deep expertise in web technologies, SQL, and JavaScript, plus strong leadership to drive client success and platform innovation while mentoring

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role.
• 5+ years in digital marketing technology.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor multiple direct reports ensuring quality output.
• Set standards for client support and technical excellence.
• Serve as technical SME and client liaison across teams.
• Identify and lead opportunities aligning with client goals.
• Design, develop, and test technical solutions to integrate marketers into the Epsilon system.
• Guide development of strategic solutions for client marketing needs.
• Advise on platform features and campaign setup.
• Provide timely updates to senior leadership.
