Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Lead, Client Success in New York to own client and agency relationships and drive strategic adoption of our person-first digital media solutions. You will partner with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into high-performing media programs.

You’ll identify optimization and upsell opportunities, synthesize performance insights for QBRs, and connect campaign results to broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Client-focused professional with a passion for marketing, client success, and digital media.
• Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client relationships.
• Proven track record of driving and maintaining revenue growth with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
