Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Team Lead to own strategic delivery and mentor a high-performing Client Integrations team. You will drive complex client initiatives across onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term optimization, while aligning with Epsilon’s platform capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set standards for performance and client service, and act as a technical SME guiding architecture and campaign setups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role.
• 5+ years in digital marketing technology.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor multiple direct reports and serve as escalation point.
• Set team standards for client support, technical excellence, and cross-functional service.
• Act as SME and client liaison, guiding platform delivery.
• Lead enhancement opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Design, develop, and test technical solutions; manage campaigns.
• Advise on platform features and campaign setup options.
• Provide updates to senior leadership.
• Build product knowledge to communicate revenue impact.
