ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in El Paso to join our high-performing HR Outsourcing team. You will respond to client inquiries about payroll and tax issues, providing accurate, friendly guidance by phone and email.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, clear communication, and collaboration with internal teams, with top-ranked training to set you up for success in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience, OR Military Experience.
• Occasional extended hours during peak seasons; may work 5-10 hours of overtime 6-8 weeks of the year.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products; data maintenance, setup, configuration changes, and new feature setup requests.
• Payroll Processing - Tax: assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; verify jurisdictions active.
• Consultation: provide consultative support and recommendations on product optimization during calls.
• Quarter and Year-End Support: resolve issues in partnership with clients; determine corrections and changes needed for processing.
• Reporting and Analysis: work on complex projects, run reports, research data, and apply corrections.
• Collaborate and Communicate: work with internal teams and third-party vendors; share upcoming changes with clients and update standard documentation.
