ADP is looking for a Client Support Consultant to serve as the front line for solving clients' challenges and ensuring payroll tax needs are met so they can focus on their business.

You will troubleshoot, answer questions, train users on ADP technology, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The role emphasizes client satisfaction and ongoing training within a structured environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of payroll processing or payroll tax processing experience.
• A strong focus on Client Satisfaction in a relevant industry or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience is required.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage their business using our solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll tax issues.
• Continually upgrade knowledge on payroll tax, federal/state compliance, procedures, and desktop support tools.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a consistent volume of calls and service requests.
