Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in Schaumburg, IL. You will join a high-performing team in ADP's HR Outsourcing department, providing guidance on payroll and tax-related questions from Client Payroll Administrators.

You will respond to inquiries with accurate, friendly, and timely information, maintaining ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction. You will use multiple tools to assist clients, with a strong emphasis on building rapport and professionalism over the phone

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a related role, or military experience is recognized.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods (5-10 hours per week, 6-8 weeks per year).

Responsibilities

• Provide product and payroll/support guidance to clients, handling inquiries with accurate information.
• Process payroll-related questions and ensure correct tax handling and compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, offering consultative product optimization during calls and interactions.
• Support during quarter- and year-end periods, driving issue resolution with clients.
• Produce reports and perform analysis on complex payroll tasks and tax amendments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and communicate updates to clients.
