ADP, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to support clients with payroll and tax-related questions, provide product navigation, and deliver accurate, friendly service in a metrics-driven call center environment.

You will join ADP's Human Resources Outsourcing team, handling multi-faceted payroll needs, collaborating with internal groups, and contributing to quarterly/year-end success while benefiting from award-winning training and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Military experience is welcomed and valued.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons (5–10 hours).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and tax; provide navigation support and data maintenance.
• Assist with payroll processing and understand tax changes; communicate updates to clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative recommendations on product optimization.
• Support quarter and year-end processing and resolve issues in partnership with clients.
• Work on complex reporting/projects; research historical data and make corrections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; communicate status and provide client documentation.
