Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Military Experience is recognized and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver by leveraging your expertise to help clients with time-sensitive payroll issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, aiming to exceed expectations and uphold ADP's Integrity is Everything.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services; translate input into practical recommendations for leaders.
• Organize a high-volume inbound-contact schedule and handle peak-season workload.
