ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our HR Outsourcing team. You will respond to payroll and tax questions, provide accurate guidance, and help clients navigate payroll processes with a professional and friendly approach.

Base salary offers range from $18.56 to $34.66 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training. You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in payroll or client service.
• Basic payroll tax knowledge and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Product/Payroll support: respond to client questions and provide navigation help.
• Payroll processing – tax support and issue resolution.
• Consultation to clients on product optimization during calls.
• Quarter and year-end support and corrections.
• Reporting and analysis on complex payroll projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve client issues.
