Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office or similar field.
• Warm, professional communication with clients and teammates.

• Comfort using scheduling, POS, or business software.
• Dependable, able to stay composed and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls and help clients get the information they need.

• Partner with styling and service teams to keep the day running smoothly.
