HairClub is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team. You’ll greet clients, manage calls, and schedule appointments while supporting stylists and service teams to ensure a smooth daily flow.

The role emphasizes warm communication, organizational skills, and a genuine enjoyment of helping people in a fast-paced environment. Team collaboration and a client-focused mindset are key.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office, or similar experience.
• Warm, professional communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management; comfortable with scheduling, POS, or business software.
• Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment.
• Enjoy helping people and working as part of a team.
