HairClub is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Albany to welcome clients, manage scheduling, and support the day-to-day flow of the clinic. You’ll be the frontline touchpoint, ensuring a warm, professional environment and smooth client journeys.

Ideal candidates bring a year of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with scheduling and POS systems. This role offers a dynamic, team-oriented workplace focused on client care and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office or similar.
• Warm, professional communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills; comfortable using scheduling, POS or business software.
• Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment.
• Enjoy helping people and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of the client experience from the moment they walk in, helping create a welcoming environment and supporting people through a very personal journey.
