Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office or similar.
• Warm, professional communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Comfort using scheduling, POS, or business software.
• Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer calls and help clients get information they need.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Partner with styling and service teams to keep the day running smoothly.
• Help with retail and service opportunities.
• Support clients with questions, appointment changes, and general needs.
• Jump in where needed and contribute as part of a close-knit team.
