Bosley HairClub is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in the hair and personal care industry. You’ll be involved with the client experience from entry to exit, ensuring a welcoming environment while assisting clients through their journey.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle a busy front desk with reliable scheduling and POS skills. This is a visible, people-focused position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office or similar.
• Warm, professional communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Comfort using scheduling, POS, or business software.
• Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
